Hello! My name is Becky, and I am the Manager at Newbank House Nursery. I’ve been a part of the Newbank family since 2018, beginning my journey as a nursery practitioner. Through dedication and passion for early childhood education, I’ve proudly grown into the role of Nursery Manager.
I hold a Level 3 NVQ in Childcare and Education and am deeply committed to giving every child the best possible start in life. I strive to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment where each child can thrive.
As a mother myself, I understand the importance of high-quality care, and I take great pride in leading a team that consistently delivers exceptional care for all the children we are privileged to have in our care.
Our Approach
Over 90% of our team comprises fully certified childcare professionals, and our journey towards excellence is ever-evolving.
Our managers spend 50% of their time mentoring, training, and observing the team, which Ofsted recognized in their assessments.
